It's been a long time...
Hi folks. I'm finally back with a posting.
It was a busy but good summer... despite all the rain we got. I was kept busy and out of trouble with graphic design commissions, photo commissions, and time for myself out wandering with my camera. That was oh so good for the soul!
Best of all, I spent one intensive week just outside of Edmundston, New Brunswick on a photography course with Freeman Patterson, Andre Gallant and 14 other photographers and enthusiasts. We photographed the Edmundston Botanical Gardens, a local scrap yard, and the sun rising over New Denmark about 1.5 hrs from Edmundston. Techniques, philosophy and art of photography were all high on the agenda, and the bonus was taking a road trip with daughter Inika who drove me there and back, and meeting and making new friends through our joint adventure.
